Shipping policy

ORDER SHIPPING

Goods are usually shipped via courier service, according to the destination freely selected by the USER.

Shipping costs include Value Added Tax (VAT) in all cases, but do not include any other taxes, duties, tariffs, or surcharges.

Shipping is understood as the delivery of items to the USER’s home address or to the address specified by the USER during the checkout process, or alternatively, to Mr. WONDERFUL-owned stores (excluding authorized retailers such as El Corte Inglés, FNAC, etc.).

MR. WONDERFUL delivers orders to the courier service within a maximum of 72 business hours.

Shipments within mainland Spain are delivered within 3 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday) once payment has been confirmed by the USER. For international shipments, delivery times may range from 4 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on the destination and the selected courier company.

Once the package has been handed over to the courier service, the USER will receive an SMS or email with the shipment tracking number.

Delivery dates and timeframes are approximate. During periods of high order volume (such as Black Friday, Christmas, and Epiphany), delivery times may be affected.

The PROVIDER will not ship any order until payment has been verified (except for cash on delivery orders, which must be paid in cash at the time of delivery).

The PROVIDER shall not assume any responsibility when delivery cannot be completed due to false, inaccurate, or incomplete information provided by the USER. In such cases, the PROVIDER will refund the price of the products, but not the corresponding shipping costs.

Delivery shall be deemed completed at the moment the carrier places the products at the USER’s disposal and the USER, or an authorized representative, signs the delivery receipt.

If the USER receives a package in poor condition, receipt must still be signed, but with reservation, clearly indicating any damage to the packaging or visible defects.

It is the responsibility of the USER to verify the products upon receipt and to record any justified claims or observations on the delivery receipt document.

The USER may not cancel an order once it has been confirmed.
