SHIPPING COSTS

  • Mainland Spain: Shipping costs are €4.95. Orders over €30 qualify for free shipping.
  • Balearic Islands: Shipping costs are €4.95. Orders over €35 qualify for free shipping.
  • Portugal: Shipping costs are €4.50. Orders over €30 qualify for free shipping.
  • France and Italy: Shipping costs start from €5.95. Orders over €49.95 qualify for free shipping.
  • Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands: Shipping costs are €7.95. Orders over €60 qualify for free shipping.

We ship to all European Union member countries, except Malta, Cyprus, Andorra, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Azores and the French overseas territories.

ORDER SHIPPING

Goods are generally shipped via courier service, depending on the destination selected by the USER.

Shipping costs always include Value Added Tax (VAT), but do not include any other taxes, duties, customs charges or surcharges.

"Shipping" refers to the delivery of the products to the USER's address or to the address specified by the USER during the checkout process.

MR.WONDERFUL hands orders over to the courier service within a maximum of 72 business hours.

Orders shipped to mainland Spain are delivered within 3 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday), once payment has been confirmed by the USER. International orders are delivered within 4 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on the destination and the selected courier company. Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, the USER will receive an SMS or email with the shipment tracking number.

Delivery dates and times are approximate. During periods of high order volume (Black Friday, Christmas and Epiphany), delivery times may be longer.

The PROVIDER will not dispatch any order until payment has been verified (except for cash-on-delivery orders, which must be paid in cash upon delivery).

The PROVIDER shall not be liable if delivery cannot be completed due to false, inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the USER. In such cases, the PROVIDER will refund the price of the products, but not the shipping costs.

Delivery shall be deemed completed when the carrier has made the products available to the USER and the USER, or their representative, has signed the proof of delivery.

If the USER receives a damaged parcel, they must sign for it with reservations, indicating any visible damage to the packaging.

The USER is responsible for checking the products upon delivery and noting any justified comments or claims on the delivery receipt.

The USER may not cancel an order once it has been confirmed.

Orders cannot be delivered to Mr. Wonderful stores.

Orders cannot be shipped directly to parcel collection points. However, once the order has been dispatched, GLS offers the option of redirecting the shipment to a GLS ParcelShop if needed.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Prices do not include shipping costs (free within Spain for orders over €30), communication costs, installation or additional services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Shipping costs are calculated when the shopping cart or quotation is saved, based on the weight of the products and the delivery address.
